摘要
采用Fe改性的Cu-Mn-ZrO2催化剂研究CO加氢合成低碳醇。在T=553K,P=60MPa,GHSV=3000h-1的条件下,产物主要由直链脂肪醇和异丁醇组成,总醇的时空产率为014g·ml-1h-1,其中C2+醇的选择性为30%,同时高级烃类生成量很少。认为在反应过程中有两种合成醇的反应机理同时存在。Fe和ZrO2之间存在着一定的协同效应。此外碱金属助剂的加入增强了C2+醇的选择性。
The effect of Fe on the catalytic performance of Cu - Mn - Zr O2 catalystfor C Ohydrogenation wasinvestigated Fe wasfound to be an effective promoterforthe synthe sis of mixed higher alcohols ,and the productivity of alcohols reached 0 14g ml- 1h - 1 withthe selectivity for C2 + alcohols about 30w % (at T = 553 K, P = 6 0 M Pa , G H S V =3000h - 1) A mixture with comparable amount oflinear alcohols and iso - butanol was pro duced ,the increase oftemperature leaded predominant alcohol products changed from linearspecies to iso - butanol It was thoughtthatthe products distribution was determined by twokinds of mechanisms ,and the synergistic effectin catalysts led to the production of consid erable amountof iso - butanolat moderate reaction conditions No obvious amountof higherhydrocarbons was observed The further modification by potassium was found to enhance C2 + alcohols selectivity ,and supprss the formationof methane effectively, but the formation of CO 2 increased obviously
