摘要
基于遵守国际空间条约义务、满足荷兰空间活动对立法的要求,荷兰于2007年颁布了《荷兰空间活动法案》。该法案体系完整,涉及相关定义、适用范围、许可证、空间物体登记处、损失赔偿等内容,对中国立法具有借鉴意义。
In order to obey the obligation of international space treaties and satisfy with the space activities in the Netherlands, the Netherlands Space Activities Act was published in January 2007. This act includes relevant definitions, application of act, license, registry of space objects, redress etc. The Netherlands Space Activities Act is helpful to China＇ s establishing its own space activities law.
