摘要
为充分利用低热值焦炉煤气,实现煤气/煤粉混合燃烧,内蒙古远兴能源公司对1台75t/h煤粉锅炉燃烧器与受热面进行了改造,即在原煤粉燃烧器下方增设了6只双通道煤气燃烧器。增设的燃烧器采用六角大切圆倾斜向下布置方式,原煤粉燃烧器喷嘴向下倾斜8~10°,增加凝渣管与省煤器面积。改后的运行与测试表明:各种燃料与负荷工况下,锅炉燃烧稳定,过热汽温正常;全烧煤气时锅炉出力可达59 t/h,排烟温度低于160℃;煤粉/煤气混烧时最大蒸汽流量可达77 t/h,排烟温度约为155℃;全烧煤粉时锅炉出力高达81 t/h,排烟温度小于147℃。
In order to fully use the coke oven gas with low calorific value to realize mixedly burning coal gas and pulverized coal,the burners and heating surface of a 75 t/h pulverized coal(PC) boiler in Inner Mongolian Yuanxing Energy Co Ltd has been retrofitted,six gas burners with dual-passage being additionally installed below the original PC-fired burners,and tangentially arranged on a large circle and declined downward;the nozzles of original PC-fired burners being declined downward for 8~10 ℃,and the heating surface of slag-cooling tubes and economizer being increased.After retrofitting,operation and test show that the combustion is stable and the superheated steam temperature is in the normal range under all conditions of load and fuel.During the time of burning coal gas only,the output capacity of boiler can reach 59 t/h,temperature of discharged flue gas being lower than 160 ℃;in case of mixedly burning coal gas and PC,the maximum steam flow rate can reach 77 t/h,temperature of discharged flue gas being about 155 ℃;under condition of burning PC only,the output capacity of boiler being enhanced to 81 t/h,and temperature of discharged flue gas being lower than 147 ℃.
