摘要
通过对低热值高炉煤气与煤粉混烧特性分析 ,指出影响混烧的技术难点在于解决燃烧稳定性、混合爆炸性、受热面超温、排烟温度和飞灰含碳量偏高等问题 ,并提出了相应解决措施。这些措施通过工业实践检验(在 6 70 t/ h电站锅炉上高炉煤气与煤粉稳定混烧量可达 1 .5× 1 0 5m3 / h,最大混烧率达 1 8% ) ,效果显著 ,为冶金行业综合利用低热值废气提出了一条有效途径。
Based on the analysis of the characteristics of mixing combustion of coal and low heating value bast-furnace gas (BFG), problems existed in mixing combustion including combustion stability, mixing explosion, overheat of boiler tube, excess temperature of exhaust gas and high carbon content in the ash was studied intensively in this paper. Various modifications was proposed to solve those problems. In a 670T/h boiler, the amount of mixing combustion of coal and BFG can reach the level of 1.5×10 5 m 3/h, with a maximum mixing combustion ration of 18%. It provide the metallurgy enterprises with a new technique to harness the low heating value exhaust gas.
