摘要
火电机组的热经济性分析是机组节能运行的依据,对超临界600 MW机组建立了热力系统定功率矩阵方程,并进行了热经济性分析。基于热力系统定功率分析方法,分析了加热器端差增大对机组热经济性的影响。分析表明,第1级加热器给水端差增大,直接降低了给水焓值,使得锅炉吸热量增加,所以1号加热器给水端差对机组的热经济性影响最大。
Analysis of thermal economic efficiency of the coal-fired units is the basis of energy-saving operation for untis.The matrix equation for thermodynamic system of supercritical 600 MW unit under constant power output has been established,and the thermal economic efficiency being analysed.Based on the method of analysis for thermodynamic system under constant power output,the influence of increasing heater's terminal temperature difference upon the thermal economic efficiency has been analysed.Analysis shows that the increase of terminal temperature difference for feed-water of the first-stage heater decreases directly the enthalpy value of feed-water,making the absorbed heat of boiler to be increased,therefore,the influence of terminal temperature difference of feed-water through heater no.1 upon the thermal economic efficiency is the maximum.
