摘要
借助于抽汽等效焓降和抽汽效率两个新的热工参量,等效焓降分析方法用于热力系统节能潜力分析时具备了简便、灵活的新特点,但其与传统热平衡法计算结果的一致性一直是人们关注的焦点。相关研究证明对于主热力系统,两种方法具有一致性。针对包含轴封利用、汽水损失和给水泵焓升等辅助成分影响的实际热力系统,探讨了两种方法的相互关系,采用热平衡矩阵方程从理论上证明了热平衡法与等效焓降整体算法的一致性,并且通过实例计算验证了这一点。
Using two new thermal parameters of extraction equivalent enthalpy and extraction efficiency, equivalent enthalpy drop method has features of convenience and flexibility for energy-saving potential of thermal system analysis. But the consistency with the result of traditional thermal balance method has been focus of people＇s attention, Relative research proved that the two methods have consistency on the main heating system, This paper discussed the mutual relations between these two methods, aiming at actual heating system including influences by auxiliary components of the use of gland steam, losses of steam and water, and feedwater enthalpy increase by pump. And proved the consistency of equivalent enthalpy drop method and the heat balance algorithm in theory by thermal equilibrium matrix equation, The calculation of the practical ex- ample validated this conclusion,
