摘要
基于流体力学和弹性力学理论,应用环形薄板阀片受均布载荷作用时的挠曲变形解析式,建立了双筒液压减振器的详细数学模型。在MATLAB/Simulink环境下对模型进行仿真,其结果与试验数据符合较好。同时用该模型详细分析了减振器阀系各参数对减振器阻尼力的影响和控制规律。
By applying the analytical formulae for the deformation of annular lamina valve under a uniform load based on the theories of hydromechanics and elasticity mechanics,a mathematic model for the double-tube hydraulic shock absorber is established.A simulation is conducted on this model by using MATLAB/Simulink with a result agreeing well with test data.In addition,the rules of the influence and control of the valve system parameters on the damping force of shock absorber are also analyzed in detail.
