摘要 以自主开发阀片式液压减振器的低速阻尼特性为研究对象,通过分析减振器的工作原理与结构特征,推断出影响低速阻尼特性试验数据与设计值存在较大差异的原因为间隙泄漏。通过对比结构改进前后的阻尼特性数据,得出低速阻尼特性最优的组合结构,为后期减振器中高速阻尼特性的研究提供参考。 Taking the low-speed damping characteristics of the valve plate type hydraulic shock absorber as the research object, through the analysis of the working principle and structure characteristics, it was deduced the clearance leakage was the reason for so large difference between the test data and design value as to the low-speed damping characteristics. By comparison with the damping charaeteristics data before and after improvement on structures, the optimal combination structure with low-speed damping characteris- tic was gotten, which could offer reference for the study of the high-speed damping characteristics of the shock absorber late.
