摘要
该文以融水苗族自治县土地资源适宜性评价为例，在概述了土地评价的目的与原则的基础上，系统阐述了评价方法与过程，并简要介绍了面积量算、汇总和编制土地适宜性评价图的方法，最后说明评价结果在土地利用总体规划中的应用，可为广西县（市）级土地适宜性评价提供一般方法。
First, Taking the suitability evaluation of the land resource in Rongshui Miaonationality Autonomous County as an example,on the basis of the aim and the principles including comprehensive-differential,objective-restrictive,economical-social- ecological benfit etc,and in link of the characteristics of the region in Rongshui County, the author elaborates systematically the method and procedure of landevaluation,which contains drafting of the 'double-orbitsystem'of land evaluation system, determination of land evaluation,selection of evaluation factors and their weights,classifing land quality by comprehensive judgement and determinating the land suitability classes and types of land evaluation unit etc. Secondly, this paper introduces briefly area measurement of various suitability types and its collection and the method of drawing up the map of land suitability evaluation. Lastly,the application of evalution outcome to the overall land use planning is given. A general method for the land suitability evaluation of county rank in Guangxi is presented.
