摘要
以可持续发展理论为指导，采用定性与定量相结合的多因子模糊综合评判方法对未利用地进行适宜性评价．使其评价结果更为科学，开发利用更具可操作性，从而达到土地资源的永续利用和农业生态系统的良性循环。
On the guiding significance of the sustainable development,the way of the fuzzy comprehensive judgement with the united quatity and quality is applied to suitability evaluation of the unutilized land resources.It takes the results more scientific and more useful for its exploitation.Therefore,making the economy of the region deveop steadily and not breaking the balance of ecology so as to make use of land rsources perpetually.
