摘要
运用抗逆力视角对大学生网络沉溺的原因进行解读,并在调查的基础上分析了网络沉溺大学生的抗逆力现状及影响因素,提出大学生网络沉溺是抗逆力激发失败的结果,而情绪管理和问题解决能力、活动参与的积极性、乐观程度与自主选择意识等内部动力系统,与人际支持、校园环境、大众传媒和网络环境等外部社会支持系统的相互作用,决定了网络沉溺大学生抗逆力的激发程度。
The article interpret the reasons for the college students internet addiction for the perspective of the resilience,and analysed the status and affecting factors of the resilience of college students addicted to the internet based on the analysis in the investigation,and considered that the college students addicted to the network is the result of the failure to inspire the resilience,and the interaction between of the internal power system of the emotional management and the problem solving skills,the enthusiasm of activities participation,the optimism and self-select consciousness and the external social support system of the interpersonal support,campus environment,mass media and network environment are determined the inspiring level of the resilience to the college students who addicted to the network.
