急性脑梗死患者血清超敏C反应蛋白和白细胞介素10水平变化及临床意义 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨急性脑梗死患者血清中超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)和白细胞介素10(IL-10)水平的动态变化及临床意义。方法 60例急性脑梗死患者在入院后第1、3、7、10天分别抽取空腹静脉血,采用比浊法测定hs-CRP,用酶联免疫法(ELISA)检测IL-10。结果脑梗死组hs-CRP和IL-10的水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 hs-CRP和IL-10参与了急性脑梗死的发生发展,且与疾病的发展过程密切相关。
