摘要
在好氧条件下研究了硒酸盐的微生物转化,主要产物为单质硒。加入较多的硝酸根,元素硒的生成量明显减少。硝酸根的存在不影响微生物的数目,说明硝酸根与硒酸根发生竞争转化,抑制了单质硒的生成。
The microbial transformation of selenate was studied in aeroic condition. Selenium was the major product. When higher level of nitrate was existed in the solution, the element selenium produced by microbe was significantly decreased. The number of microbe was less influnced in added nitrate medium, so we conlude that nitrate has impetence with selenium on microbial transformation and inhibited selenate transformation.
