摘要
本文用氢化物发生-原子荧光法研究水体中硬酸盐的微生物转化。其中单质硒是主要产物,同时有挥发态硒生成。在反应器中测定到了亚硒酸根,认为亚硬酸根是硒酸根微生物转化的中间产物。
Microbial transformation of selenate was studied in aerobic condition by atomic fluorescence spectrophotometry (AFS ). Element of selenium was major product, concurrently with volatile selenium.The selenite,as the immediate of transformation,was determined in the reacting vessel.
