Early neurological deterioration in acute ischemic stroke

摘要 急性缺血性卒中早期神经功能恶化，其发病率较高，临床预后较差，尚无有效的特异性预防和治疗方法。文章就近年来急性缺血性卒中早期神经功能恶化的研究进展进行了综述。 The incidence of early neurological deterioration in acute ischemic stroke is higher, and the clinical prognosis is poor. There is no effective specific prevention and treatment now. This article reviews the advances in research on early neurological deterioration in acute ischaemic stroke in recent years.
