探讨盆腔解剖学教学中联合妇产科临床教学的优势 被引量:3

Exploration on advantages of pelvic anatomy teaching combined with Ob/Gyn clinical teaching

摘要 目的:在CPPT教学改革中开展盆腔解剖学教学联合妇产科临床教学的教学模式并评估其实施效果。方法:对本校09级5年制35名学生进行盆腔局部解剖学妇产科联合教学,以自编调查问卷进行评价,PASW Statistics 18软件统计分析。结果:27.14%的学生认为现有的教学方法对学习无帮助,而82.86%学生认为新教学方法对理论学习提供帮助,仅有5.71%的学生认为新教学方法对学习无明显帮助。在开放式问题中,62.86%的学生认为原课程较枯燥,希望能够更生动、结合临床。94.29%的学生认为新教学方法帮助他们加深对解剖结构记忆和理解,对日后进入临床学习产生浓厚兴趣。结论:新教学方法受到大多数学生的认可,有助于理解学习内容,同时增加临床学习兴趣。 Objective: To evaluate the effects of the model that has instructed the knowledge of pelvic anatomy with Ob/Gyn clinical teaching method,which implemented by combined theoretical knowledge and clinical practice to improve the effects of comprehension and cognition of the students in the process of CPPT teaching reform.Methods: The new teaching model was conducted in Grade 2009 students of five-year clinical medical program and assessed by self-designed questionnaire.The data was analyzed by the statistics software PASW Statistics 18.Results: 35 students were included in the evaluation.The results show that 27.14% students regard the current teaching method as helpless whereas 82.86% consider the new method is more helpful;only 5.71% believe the new method offers no obvious improvements.In the open-dialog question,62.86% students think that the old method is boredom and hope it could be more attractive and more close to clinical conditions,while 94.29% conclude that the new method deepen their memory and understanding of pelvic anatomy and could improve their interest when they learn clinical knowledge in future.Conclusions: The new method is welcome by most students,and it could imply help to study and understand the contents of pelvic anatomy,and it could rise their interest of clinical learning as well.
