介绍了一种鼓式碎浆机的大、小齿轮传动的安装方法、注意事项,以及达到的要求——大齿轮外径跳动和轴向跳动,一般在±1.0mm以内;大、小齿轮啮合间隙一般在(2.9±0.8)mm以内;以及应用实例的具体安装结果和振动状况分析等。安装方法和检测手段对整机的正常运转和使用寿命起着至关重要的作用。
An installation process, attention points and requirements of girth gear and pinion drive for drum pulpers were introduced. Both outside diameter run-out and axial runout of girth gear are typically within ±1.0mm; gearing gap between girth gear and pinion is typically within （2.9±0.8）mm. Actual installation results and vibration status etc. of some application samples were analyzed. Installation process and inspection are very important and play a crucial role in ensuring normal run and service life of equipment.
