介绍了以废纸为原料生产新闻纸的脱墨浆生产线工程设计时有关工艺技术、设备选型以及安装等过程中的注意事项。通过选择配置鼓式碎浆机、高低浓除砂器、两段筛选、两段浮选脱墨、热分散系统等,以满足废纸质量下降、新闻纸定量降低和白度要求提高的需要。
The paper introduces the matters in the engineering design and installation of the deinking .pulp production line for newsprint with waste paper as raw material. Through the selection and configuration of drum-type pulper, high-low concentration sand separator and two-stage screening, two-stage floatation deinking and heat dispersion system, the requirements will be met for the lowering of waste paper quality, decrease of basis weight and the increase on the brightness of nesprint.
