摘要
目的探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术运用舒适护理模式的效果。方法将263例手术患者随机分为观察组132例和对照组131例,观察组运用舒适护理模式,对照组运用传统护理方法。比较2组患者的舒适度和手术及并发症情况。结果观察组舒适度为97.7%高于对照组的64.9%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组患者手术及并发症情况比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在腹腔镜胆囊切除术护理中运用舒适护理模式提高了护理服务质量,充实了"以人为本"的整体护理内涵,为术中制定舒适护理措施提供了依据。
Objective To explore the effect of comfortable nursing in laparoscopic cholecystectorny.Methods 263 cases operation inpatients were radomly divided into observation group（132 cases） and control group（131 cases）.Comfortable nursing mode had been porvided in observation group,control group were given traditional methods of care.Observed comfortability degree and the situation of surgery and complication of two groups.Results The comfortability degree of observation group（97.7%） was higher than that of control group（64.9%）,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.The situation of surgery and complication of two groups were no statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Comfortable nursing in laparoscopic cholecystectomy improve nursing quality,strengthen ＂focus on human＂ aignificance,for making measures of comfortable nursing provide a basis.
