摘要
目的探讨舒适护理在结直肠癌术后化疗患者中的临床应用价值。方法选取在我院进行结直肠癌手术后开展化疗的患者60例,随机将其分为研究组30例和对照组30例。两组患者均给予奥沙利铂+亚叶酸钙+氟尿嘧啶的系统化疗方案和一般常规护理,而研究组患者则在此基础之上给予舒适性的护理干预方案,并分别对两组患者的护理效果和护理舒适度进行比较和分析。结果与对照组相比,研究组患者发生恶性呕吐、食欲下降、脱管、并发症的比率均显著降低,护理舒适率和护理满意度均明显提高,差别均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。讨论舒适护理对于结直肠癌术后化疗患者临床疗效的改善以及护理舒适度和满意度的提高均具有积极的促进作用。
Objective To probe into clinical application value of comfort nursing for postoperative chemotherapy in patients with colorectal cancer. Methods Selected 60 colorectal cancer surgery and chemotherapy patients in our hospital. The patients were randomly divided into study group （n=30） and control group （n=30） randomly. All the patients were given the oxaliplatin, leucovorin and fluorouracil system chemotherapy and general routine nursing. The patients in study group were taken appropriate nursing intervention program. The nursing effects and nursing comfort of patients in two groups were compared and analysis. Results Compared with control group, patients in study group the complication rates of vicious vomiting, loss of appetite and detached were reduced significantly, nursing comfortable rate and nursing satisfaction were improved significantly, there were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Comfort nursing has positive role in promoting clinical efficacy of colorectal cancer patients postoperative chemotherapy, and improving care comfort and satisfaction.
