摘要
介绍了溶胶—凝胶技术的基本原理。探讨了复合水溶胶的制备工艺,以及利用复合水溶胶整理具有粗糙表面的仿荷叶织物的浸轧、焙烘等工艺。对织物表面凝胶膜层进行了微观表征和静态接触角、滚动角的测定,并做了理论分析;同时,测试了整理后织物的拒水性、透湿性、透气性。结果表明:理论分析和实际测试性能是相吻合的,印证了仿荷叶织物的织造工艺和溶胶—凝胶处理工艺的正确性和可行性。
Sol-Gel technology basic theory was introduced in this paper. The composite water sol producing tech- niques were discussed, and then the sol was applied on finishing imitating lotus leaf fabric with coarse surface by use of technique, such as padding, curing and so on. The film layer surface morphology was observed, its water contact static angle and sliding angle and theoretical analysis was done. In the meantime, the water-repellency, moisture permeability and air permeability of this fabric were tested. The results showed that theoretical analysis coincided with practical performance test. The correctness and feasibility of weaving technology and Sol-Gel finishing technology of imitating lotus leaf fabric were verified.
