摘要
目的研究水中莠去津含量的测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,检测波长254 nm;柱箱温度-40℃;流动相配比:甲醇∶水=5∶1;流动相流速为1.2 m l/m in;进样量:10μl。结果该方法测定RSD为1.41%,线性回归良好(r=0.999 3),平均回收率为95.3%。结论该方法可以快速准确测定饮用水中莠去津。
Objective To study a method for determination of atrazine in water.Methods High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) method was used with detection wavelength of 254 nm,column box temperature of 40 ℃;flow matching ratio was 5∶1(methanol and water);mobile phase flow rate was 1.2 ml/min;injection volume was 10 μl.Results The method of relative standard deviation was 1.41%,there was a good linear regression(r=0.999 3),the average recovery rate was 95.3%.Conclusion The method can achieve rapid and accurate determination of atrazine in drinking water.
