摘要
对在城市公共交通运营管理中人─机结合的智能化管理开发中应用模糊控制理论进行了探讨．分析了公共交通中长期传统的人为调度模式，如长趟、区间、甩车等形式进行模糊语言描述，从而可以对车流动态信息采用模糊控制规则与运算规则进行描述，得出相应的确定调度模式，为实现人为、经验调度向人─机结合的调度模式过渡提供一种参考方法．
In this paper we present a way to deal with the urban public transport dispatching by fuzzy control. The traditional manually or experienced dispatching modes, such as regular bus, interval bus,and express bus dispatching mode etc. can be properly described by fuzzy control rules. This might be a way to switch the experienced dispatching mode into man computer interactive one.
