摘要 根据城市公共交通调度、专家系统知识及模糊控制理论建立了公交智能调度专家系统。该系统采用案例与规则两级推理机制,通过产生式规则实现对知识的表达,应用关系型数据库实现对知识的管理与操作。案例推理中设计了代码与属性两层匹配的推理策略,针对实际调度中的不精确判断,根据模糊控制与模糊推理的思想设计了模糊规则与模糊推理策略实现了基于规则的推理。该系统对实现公交系统智能化、提高公交调度的质量和效率具有重要的意义。 The paper sets up an intelligent dispatching expert system for public traffics based on urban bus dispatching knowledge, the knowledge of expert system and fuzzy control theory. This system adopts such two grade reasoning mechanism as case-based and rule-based reasoning mechanism, adopts the production rule to make the presentation of knowledge, and adopts the relational database to manage and operate the knowledge. The reasoning policy with code and attribute matching is designed in the case-based reasoning, and the fuzzy rules and fuzzy reasoning policies are designed to realize the accurate judgment of the actual dispatching according to the fuzzy control theory and fuzzy reasoning. This expert system has important meanings in realizing the intelligent dispatching of public traffics.
