摘要
近年来我国质量失信行为频发,给消费者造成了很大损失,扰乱了国家经济秩序。构建企业质量信用评价指标体系,对企业进行质量信用评价,能够有效促进企业的质量信用建设和社会诚信氛围的形成。文章以影响企业质量信用的要素分析为基础,采用相关分析手段,构建科学合理、可操作性强的质量信用评价指标体系,以期为质量信用评价工作的开展提供技术基础。
In recent years, the frequent acts of quality dishonesty resulted in losses to consumers and disrupted the national economic. The construction of enterprise quality credit evaluation index system can promote the development of quality credit in enterprises and the formation of social faith atmosphere. Based on analyzing the contents of quality credit, we propose scientific, rational and operable quality credit evaluation index system using correlation analysis. We hope that this work may provide technical basis to evaluation of quality credit.
