因开发目标及机制的变化、从旅游资源客体特征出发的传统的旅游资源分类已不适应市场经济条件下的发展需要;通过旅游者主体和旅游资源客体相结合的新视点.多视角、全面地重新审视旅游资源的特性;旅游区的开发成效可从其旅游资源新分类后的综合评价中得到。
The development of region which has tourism resources must consider the features ofresources. Old classification of tourism resources hasn't heen suitable for requirement in thesystem of market economy. Seven new ways of categories have been proposed according to thefollowing principles: ① Basis of development: natural and developed or being developed tourismresources; ② Change of utility: down or attenuative or stable or additive tourism resources: ③Using time: seasonal or unseasonal tourism resources; ④ Degree of importance: important ofauxilimp tourism resources, ⑤ Degree of replace: can of not being replaced tourism resources; ⑥Degree of renewing: can or not renewing tourism resources: ⑦ Relation between resources:competitive or depending tourism resources.Developmental order of different tourism resources can be decided in the light of the featuresof categories: ① Utility of stable or additive tourism resources should be developed in the shorttime; ② Natural and developed, important and auxiliary, not being replaced and easy renewingtourism resources should be developed in the middle time; ③ Synthesis development of tourismresources in the future.At the end classification and evaluation and development of tourism resources in Dapengpeninsula of Shenzhen have been analysed.
