摘要
环渤海地区淡水资源匮乏．供需矛盾尖锐．制约了本区的经济发展；在环渤海地区社会经济长期发展战略中应调整经济结构和产业布局．依靠科技进步．节约淡水．利用海水．提高用水效益．增强水资源的承载力。
The fresh water shortage and the violent contradiction between supply and demand in theareas around the Bohai Sea bring on a great less to the agriculture and industry, and prevent thelocal economy from develoPing stably. sustainedly apd at high speed. The important measures totake to avoid this is to readjust the industrial set-up and arrangement- depend on the edvancedscience and technology to economize on fresh water, make use of sea water, increase water-usingefficiency and enhance the bearing capacity of the water resource.
