摘要
建立了一种灵敏的测定水体中微囊藻毒素类物质的方法.从鱼肝脏中分离的蛋白磷酸酶2A 被微囊藻毒素抑制,并且抑制与毒素剂量相关,抑制模式表现为典型的S型曲线.根据未知样品存在时蛋白磷酸酶的相对活力,可由本研究得出的标准曲线及公式,计算样品中可能存在的微囊藻毒素类物质.研究表明,在一年的观测周期内,即使没有可见的水华发生。
A sensitive method for detecting microcystin class compunds is established. Activities of protein phosphatase 2A isolated from fish liver were inhibited dose\|dependenly by microcystins. The inhibition pattern showed a typical sigmoid curve. From the relative activities of protein phosphatase in the presence of unknown sample, the concentration of inhibitor in the sample could be calculated by using standard curve. Microcystin class compund could be detected from Donghu Lake and fish pond even no visible water bloom could be seen in the period of one year.
