摘要
本文运用固定床微反技术考察了Cu,Fe,Mn,Cr,Co和Ni负载(ZrO_2载体)氧化物对CO+NO(O_2)反应的催化活性.研究了NO和CO在不同比例时,催化剂对N_2O和N_2生成的响.结果表明,在NO+CO反应中,NO和CO的比例对催化剂活性和N_2O,N_2生成均有明显的影响.CuO_x/ZrO_2催化剂的活性最高N_2O是NO+CO反应的中间产物,低温或NO过量时有利于生成N_2O,高温或NO不足时有利于生成N_2.在CO+O_2反应中,催化剂的氧化活性顺序为:CuO_x>CoO_x>MnO_x>FeO_x>NiO_x>CrO_x.
The catalytic activity of ZrO2-supported Cu, Fe, Mn, Cr, Co or Ni oxide catalysts for NO + CO reaction and CO + O2 reaction was investigated using fixed bed microreaction technigue. The effects of catalysts on formation of N2O and N2 were also studied when the ratios of NO and CO is different . The results showed that the ratios of NO and CO have remarkable effects of the activity order of these catalysts and the selectivities of N2O or N2 formation. N2O is intermediate of NO + CO reaction. Lower temperature of NO overcharge will increase the formation of N2. In CO + O2 reaction, the activity order of the catalysts is CuOx > CoOx > MnOx > FeOx > NiOx > CrOx .
