摘要
作者概述了粉未喷涂聚合物基固体润滑涂层的发展现状与润滑特性,阐述了涂层所用聚合物粉末涂料的分类、喷涂工艺及其在固体润滑领域的应用,並且对这种涂层发展中的某些问题进行了简要的讨论。
The developments and the lubrication characteristics of the polymer matrix solid lubrication coatings by powder spray method are described in this paper. The classification, the spray technology and the application to solid lubrication field of polymer powder paints are reviewed. Some problems in the future development of this type of coatings are also discussed briefly.
