摘要
本文概述了人力资源管理信息化建设过程,分析我院当前人力资源信息化建设现状及存在的问题,提出医院应加强人力资源信息化进程,充分理解人力资源管理信息系统的本质,有效控制变更管理,成为实施人力资源管理信息化过程中的一项重要措施。提高系统的使用水平和运行效益,阐述人力资源管理信息化建设对促进医院管理的重要作用。
First,this paper outlines the process of human resources management information development,and the current situation and information technology problems of human resources in our hospital.Then,the paper proposes that the hospital should strengthen the process of human resources information,fully understand the nature of human resource management information system.Effective control of change management becomes an important measure of human resource management informalization.Finally,the paper explain the important role of construction of human resource management informalization in the promotion of hospital management.
