摘要
21世纪信息化步伐的迅速加快,对经济、社会与文化生活带来前所未有的影响,也给人力资源管理带来了更多挑战。文章根据卫生人力资源管理的要求以及信息化管理的必要性,结合分析当前卫生人力资源管理信息化建设存在的问题,提出了进一步加强人力资源管理信息化的策略措施。
Thanks to the fast informatization development in the 21 st century, it is experiencing dramatic and unprecedented change in the economic, social and cultural society of China and it brings more challenge to human resource management. Based on the requirements faced by health public service organizations in the context of informatization and globalization, the current status of health human resource management informatization and the further reinforcement measures are analyzed.
