摘要
随着医疗卫生事业的发展,病案管理专业做为一门新兴的医学边缘学科屹立在医院管理学中,它涉及的知识包括基础医学、预防医学、临床医学、卫生统计、医疗信息管理、计算机、法律法规、医疗保险及管理学等诸多专业。继续医学教育是继医学生毕业后,以继续学习医学理论、新知识、新技术和新方法为主的一种终身教育,其目的是使卫生技术人员在整个职业生涯中,不断提高专业工作能力和业务水平,提高服务质量,以适应医学科学技术和卫生事业的发展以及我国居民对卫生服务的要求。就病案管理人员继续教育问题,从以下三方面进行综述:(1)病案管理继续教育所面临的问题。(2)病案管理人员继续教育的必要性。(3)实施继续教育的设想与措施。探讨卫生行政管理部门和行业协会,如何能够行之有效地开展好病案管理继续教育工作,使病案管理人员的综合素质、业务能力的不断提升。有加强和完善的病案管理继续教育作保证,培养知识化、结构化的病案管理队伍,使病案管理事业的发展进入良性循环状态,让病案管理工作更好的服务于社会,服务于临床。
With the development of hospital management,medical record management,a edge discipline,has been developed,it involves knowledges including basic medicine,preventive medicine,clinical medicine,health statistics,medical information management,computer,laws and regulations,health insurance and management.Continuing medical education,a lifelong education,including medical theories,new knowledge,new technology and new methods,The purpose is to enable health professionals constantly improve the professional ability,operational levels and service quality to meet the development of medical science and technology and service requirements of residents.1 Problems of medical record continuing education;2 The necessity of continuing education for medical record management staffs;3 The implementation and measures of continuing education were reviewed.To discuss how to carry out medical record continuing education effectively by health administration departments and industry associations.So that the overall quality and operational capacity of medical record management staffs can be improved,strengthen and improve the medical record management continuing education,cultivate medical record management team with knowledge and structuring,Make sure the development of medical record management into a virtuous cycle state,so that can better serve the social and clinical.
