摘要
目的参照临床分类方法,对角膜屈光手术进行ICD-9-CM-3分类。方法分析临床角膜屈光手术的具体手术方法,与ICD-9-CM-3分类进行对比。结果不同的角膜屈光手术分类在亚目11.7下的不同细目。结论手术编码时通过加强对英文的了解,对照中文翻译,查阅相关文献进行对比、分析,有利于准确编码。
Objective Based on the clinical classification,assigning the reasonable ICD classifications to the refractive surgery on cornea.Methods Analyze the clinical and ICD-9-CM-3 classification of refractive surgery on cornea to see the contrast between two classifications.Results In ICD-9-CM-3,the refractive surgery on cornea belong to different mini-categories under the subcategory 11.7.Conclusion Contrasting the surgery＇s English and Chinese name can help us assign the reasonable ICD code to different surgery.
