摘要
以可溶性淀粉、丙烯酸(AA)、丙烯酰胺(AM)、2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)为原料,硫酸高铈为引发剂,N,N′-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂,通过共聚反应合成了一种新型体膨型堵水剂。研究了合成条件对产物性能的影响,确定的最优合成条件是:AA与AM质量比3∶1,淀粉用量15%,AMPS用量5%,引发剂用量0.5%,交联剂用量0.05%,反应温度60℃,反应时间4 h。通过并联岩心流动实验评价了合成的堵剂的选择性,该堵剂优先进入水层或高渗透地层,封堵效果好。
A new volumetric swell type plugging agent was synthesized by copolymerizing using soluble starch, acrylic acid ( AA), acrylamide (AM) and 2 - acrylamido - 2 - methylpropane sulfonic acid (AMPS) as raw material, ceric sulfate as initiator, and N,N'-methylene bisacrylamide as cross linking agent. The effects of the synthesizing conditions on the properties of the product were investigated and the optimum condi- tions were determined as follows: mass ratio of AA to AM 3 : 1, amounts of starch, AMPS, initiator, and cross linking agent 15% ,5% ,0.5% ,0.05% separately, reaction temperature 60℃, and reaction time 4 hours. The selectivity of the plugging agent were evaluated by the parallel cores flow experiments. The plugging agent preferentially access to water or highly permeable strata , and has good effects on water plugging.
