摘要
针对当前县区级土地管理部门在土地登记手工操作中存在的效率低、质量差等问题，结合用户的需求，提出了县区级土地登记系统设计方案，并介绍了系统的设计思想、设计步骤。
There exist problems such as the inefficiency,poor quality in land registering operation by hand in county and prefecture.According to the requirement of the users,this paper introduces a new land registering system for the department of land management in county and prefecture.The ideology of designing,procedures, functions and the characteristics of the new land registering system are also demonstrated.
