摘要
土地是任何房产的基础,任何房产也不能离开土地而单独存在,故有必要探讨房地合一原则下的产权登记系统设计。文章在分析当前房地产权登记中存在问题的基础上提出一种新的房地产权登记系统。
The land is a foundation of any building, any building on the ground can not exists alone if it is removed from a place. So it is necessary to discuss the design of the real estate registration system based on the combination of building and land. We put forward a new kind of the real estate registration system to resolve the problems which exist currently.
