摘要
研究了试管内无细胞毒性浓度的Ｇｅ－１３２抑制ＥＢ病毒转化人脐血Ｂ淋巴细胞的作用。结果表明，Ｇｅ－１３２（５０～２００ｍｇ／Ｌ）能明显抑制ＥＢ病毒转化人脐血Ｂ淋巴细胞，抑制率为９５１％～４７５４％（Ｐ＜００１）。基于ＥＢ病毒与鼻咽癌密切相关，本结果提示，Ｇｅ－１３２可能有助于鼻咽癌和ＥＢ病毒相关的疾病的预防和治疗。
The inhibition of Ge-132 of non-toxic doses on transformation in B lymphocytes from human umbilical cord blood(BL)with Epstein-Barr virus(EBV)in vitro was studied.It was found that transformation effects of BL with EBV was markedly inhibited by Ge-132(50～200 mg/L).The inhibition rates of BL reansformation were 9 51%～47 54%.EBV is associated with napspharyngeal carcinoma(NPC).The results suggest that Ge-132 may help protect against and treat NPC and the diseases associated with EBV.
