摘要
采用ＩＣＰ－ ＡＥＳ 法测定了肺癌、肝癌、胃癌患者头发中２４ 种无机元素的含量， 与对照组比较， 探讨对癌症实验诊断有意义的指标。结果表明： 肺癌、肝癌、胃癌患者头发中Ａｌ、Ｃｕ 、Ｃｏ 、Ｎｉ、Ｓｒ、Ｚｎ 、Ｍｎ 、Ｍｏ 等元素含量与对照组存在显著差异（ Ｐ＜ ０－０５ ） 。因此采用多元素谱作为上述癌症辅助诊断指标相对于采用单元素值或元素比值作为诊断标准更具参考价值。
In order to find the difference of trace elements in hair between various cancer patients and the controls,24 kinds of trace elements in the hair of patients with different kinds of cancers,such as lung cancer,liver cancer, and gastril cancer, and the controls were determinated by lnductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry.The results showed that the content of Al,Cu,Co,Ni,Sr,Zn,Mn,Mo in the hair of the cancer patients is significantly different from the controls. It was uesful for assisting the diagnosis of three kinds of cancers.
