摘要 本文采用中温灰化.HNO_3-HF-HClO_4消化试样.ICP-AES法测定了人骨中Mo、Cd、Mn、Cu、Ti、Zr、Ba、Cr、Pb、Ni、V、Sr、As、Zn、Al、Fe、Mg等17种微量元素。方法简便,可靠。测定精密度(相对标准偏差)为0.8—3.5%,回收率为92—107%。并对4例骨癌样品进行了分析考查。 The Samples of human bone were ashed at a suitable temperature, digested with mixture of HNO_3, HF and HClO_4, and followed by Simultaneous determination of traces of Mo, Cd, Mn, Cu, Ti, Zr, Ba, Cr, Pb, Ni, V, Sr, As, Zn, Al, Fe, and Mg therein, This method is simple in operation and obtained results are accurate. The relative standard deviations and recoveries are respectively with the ranges of 0.8-3.5% and 92-107%. The cancerous bones were analysed with satisfactory results.
