摘要
为克服磁电式机械测速计存在指针抖动,测速精度偏低等缺陷,应用计数器在计数周期内采集的脉冲数,计算车辆行驶里程,同时计算车速.根据此设计思想,设计制作了同时具有数字显示和模拟指示且制作简单的数字式车速计,并介绍了利用原有软轴的制作方法及业余条件下的校准方法.给出了一个摩托车车速表的制作实例,并分析计算了该车速计的灵敏度、精度和分辨率。
To conquer the weak points of magnetoelectric speedometer,such as pointer's wavering and lower precision.A simply constructed digital speedometer is designed,which is equiped with numeroscope to display digits and LED indicator to simulatecursor.It works according to counting the amount of pulses first to measure themoving distance in the sampling period to tall the value of the speed by means of numerator.The facture by means of intrinsic flexibility spindle and the truing methods at sparetime conditions is disserted.An example of making of concrete speedometer for motorcycle is given in this paper.It also analyses the sensitivity,resolution and precision of this digital speedometer.It proves that the result be accurate and reliable.
