乙醇均质压燃的模拟与试验研究

Simulation and Experiment Study on Ethanol HCCI Combustion

摘要 在改造后的ZS1105单缸HCCI试验机(自然吸气式)上对乙醇燃烧进行了试验与模拟研究,得出以转速和平均指示压力表示的HCCI工作区域,并对该工作区域内的部分性能进行了预测。结果表明,在整个工作区域中,有EGR时试验所得最大平均指示压力为0.595MPa,无EGR时试验所得最大平均指示压力为0.55MPa,而模拟值分别为0.5MPa和0.4MPa;在HCCI工作区域内,模拟指示热效率和NOx排放与试验变化趋势相吻合。 Based on the modified ZS1105 single-cylinder HCCI (naturally-aspirated)test engine,this paper has made experiment and simulation study on ethanol combustion,summarized ethanol HCCI combustion operation region that is expressed in speed and mean indicated pressure,and predicated partial engine performances in the operation region.The results show that,in the whole operation region,the maximum IMEP obtained from experiment on engine with EGR is 0.595 MPa,and the maximum IMEP obtained from experiment on engine without EGR is 0.55 MPa,while the simulation value is 0.5 MPa and 0.4 MPa respectively;in the HCCI operation region,the simulation result of indicated heat effiiciency and NOx emissions are well coincident with experiment result.
