摘要
运用2005—2008年中国大陆30个省市区的面板数据,对影响我国科技人才集聚的主要因素进行实证分析,实证结果发现经济发展水平、教育水平、工资水平、生活环境和科研投入等因素是我国科技人才集聚的主要动因,这对我国各地区因地制宜制定吸引科技人才的相关政策具有重要意义。
By making a regression analysis on panel data between 2005 and 2008 of 30 regions of China,macroeconomic factors＇impact on the gathering of scientific and technological personnel is verified in the paper,which leads to the conclusion that main reasons for the gathering of scientific and technological personnel are regional economic development level,wage income level,scientific research environment and its input,educational level,living convenience.This paper will be of great importance for regional governments to form policies according to their own conditions to attract scientific and technological personnel.
