摘要
中部六省的科技创新能力直接影响中部崛起战略的成败,中部崛起战略实施5年之后,中部地区的科技竞争能力与东部地区的差距依然存在,并且有被西部赶超的趋势,其主要原因:中部地区的科技投入不足、科技产出效率不高、科技创新机制存在缺陷。运用密切值模型对中部六省的科技创新投入、科技创新产出和科技创新产业关联指标三方面进行评价,分析中部六省内部科技创新能力的差距,增加科技创新投入和改进科技创新成果转化机制是中部六省提升科技创新能力的重要途径。
The scientific and technological innovation ability of the six central provinces has directly impact on the success or failure of central China economic rising.After the implementation of the strategy-＂Rise of Central China＂ for five years,the technological competitiveness gap still exists between the central region and eastern areas,and the central region is now to be caught up by western China.It is mainly due to inadequate investment,low outcome efficiency and defective technological innovation mechanism on science and technology in the central region.With osculating value model to evaluate the input,outcome and associated industry of technological innovation,through analysis on the scientific and technological innovation gap among the six central provinces,to increase investment in technological innovation and improve the technology innovation transformation mechanism are important approaches to enhance scientific and technological innovation of the six central provinces.
