摘要
采用两相厌氧工艺处理碱法制浆造纸废水.厌氧阶段HRT 为5 ~40 d ,进水COD 为24350 - 36500 mg/L,BOD7790 - 11400 mg/L,,COD 负荷0-58 ~4-67 g/L-d .COD 去除率90-8 % ~44-49 % ,BOD 去除率89 % ~52-3 % ,产气率0-17 ~0-531/L·d.该工艺对处理pH 值高的造纸废水是可行的,可推广利用.
The Parer presented the systematics study on two-phase anaerobic digestion treatment of pulp and paper effuent.The purpose of experiments was mainly to better effect of COD and BOD removal and of economical value.When the HRT of anaerobic process is 5~40?d,The COD of infolw is 24350~36500?mg/L,the COD load is 0.58~4.67?g/L.d,the removal rate of COD is 44.4%~90.8%,and the output of biogas is 0.17~0.53?L/L·d.It indicated this technical process is reseasonable,the proportion of each volume is suitable,and there will be economic and environmental value and the technique is worthy of using.
