摘要
对杨木、杉木、枫木3种漂白化学热磨机械浆(BCTMP)进行了人工加速光诱导返黄,比较分析了3种BCTMP返黄特性;利用红外光谱和拉曼光谱相结合分析揭示光诱导条件下BCTMP浆料中官能团结构的变化和光诱导返黄机理.试验结果表明:在特定的光诱导条件下,BCTMP白度呈下降趋势,PC值则不断增大,3种BCTMP出现不同程度的返黄现象,杉木BCTMP返黄情况最为严重;红外图谱1635cm-1处碳-碳双键和α-酮羰基相对吸收强度增加,表明BCTMP在光诱导过程中产生了更多的碳-碳双键和α-酮羰基结构,从而产生发色基团引起BCTMP返黄;光诱导返黄后,BCTMP拉曼光谱1725cm-1处相对峰强增加,显示光诱导过程中产生了更多的羰基.综合红外光谱与拉曼光谱分析结果,光诱导过程中羰基和碳-碳双键基团的产生是引起BCTMP返黄的重要原因.
Poplar,fir and maple Bleached Chemical Thermal-Mechanical Pulps(BCTMPs) were accelerated aging by UV light,and the varieties of the yellowing property were studied.The objective of this paper was to identify the structure's change during the light-induced yellowing process by investigating the functional groups of BCTMPs and understand the light-induced mechanism of BCTMP using IR spectroscopy and Raman spectroscopy.The results showed that:with the illumination time extending,the brightness of BCTMP decreased,while PC number increased.And all the pulps appeared the same yellowing condition,though the fir pulp was more severe.The relative absorption of C=C bond and α-carbonyl at 1635cm-^1 increased after the treatment of illumination,indicated that the process of the light-induced progress produced more C=C bonds and α-carbonyl groups,resulting in more chromophores and bringing yellowing of BCTMP afterwards.The relative absorption of 1725cm^-1 band in Raman spectra increased after light-induced aging,indicated that the process of induction of light produced more carbonyls.Taken together,IR Raman spectroscopic studies indicated that C=C bonds and α-carbonyl structures are present in BCTMP,and these results suggested that there were yellowing initiating structures,and the carbonyl and ethylene groups were responsible for most of the yellowing in BCTMP.
