摘要
为降低投资、运行费用和AOX的生成量,在多段漂白的基础上发展了两段短流程漂白。实验室中以(DQ)(PO)两段流程将氧脱木素后硬木硫酸盐浆漂成全漂浆已没有问题,但实际生产中存在返黄超标问题。以含二氧化氯高温处理的(DQ)*作为第一段和以高效压力过氧化氢漂白处理(PO)作为第二段的流程,可在生产实际中解决返黄问题。
In order to reduce the investment, running cost and generation amount of AOX, a two stage short sequence process has been developed on the basis of multistage bleaching. There exists no problem to bleach oxygen delignified kraft hardwood pulp into bleached pulp with the DQ and PO two stage process but there exists the problem of serious reversion color in practical production. The problem of color reversion can be solved in the practical production with the technological process of the integration of the DQ with high temperature chlorine dioxide treatment as the first stage and the PO with high efficiency pressure hydrogen peroxide bleaching treatment as the second stage.
