摘要
焊缝自动跟踪对提高焊接过程的自动化程度是非常重要的,本文采用结构光视觉的方法对焊缝进行检测和跟踪,研制了一套焊缝自动跟踪系统.在图象处理方面采用"LOG滤波"和"图象分割滤波'等有效的方法,经实验证明,实际焊接时的跟踪误差小于±0.5mm,能够满足一般焊接的要求.
Seam Tracking is very important for the automation of welding. Structure light method is used to detect and track welding seam. A set of seam tracking system is presented. In order to remove arc noise,the method of 'LOGfilter' and' image segment filter' are used in image processing. The tracking error is less than ±0. 5mm.
