摘要
利用ABS混合仿真试验台实测制动压力,对某型号ABS进行阶梯增减压制动的实验测试.在分析ABS液压系统的组成和工作原理的基础上,基于AMESim建立了包括液压调节器、制动主缸、电磁阀及制动轮缸等模型.仿真了阶梯增减压制动.正常制动、常加常减制动的仿真结果与实验结果基本一致.结果表明:所建液压ABS系统模型和参数的设置是比较准确的.该研究为ABS轮缸压力的精细调节和精确理论建模提供了重要的实验和理论依据.
Based on ABS hydraulic test bench , experimental test on the step brake was done for a type of ABS. AMESim model including hydraulic regulator, main cylinder, step brake solenoid valve and wheel cylinders is set up based on the analysis of ABS hydraulic system composition and working principle. The simulation result of step brake, the normal brake, and on-off brake is consistent with the test results. The result shows, hydraulic ABS system model and parameters selection are close to the truth. The results provide an important experimental basis for ABS wheel cylinder pressure of fine-tuning and precise theoretical model.
