摘要
超精密切削时,因所用的单晶金刚石刀具具有各向异性,故金刚石刀具晶面选择对切削过程、刀具的切削性能和耐用度有很大影响.本文从刀具与工件间的摩擦系数、刀具磨损及微观强度几个方面研究了金刚石刀具晶面选择对切削过程及刀具使用性能的影响研究结果表明,金刚石和工件间的摩擦系数存在明显的各向异性,沿不同晶面、不同晶向上的摩擦系数相差很大.由于刀具的不同晶面、不同晶向的摩擦系数的差别.造成切削变形和刀具耐用度的明显差别.从提高刀具耐用度和切削表面质量的角度出发,应优选(100)晶面作为刀具的前、后刀具.
Because of the anisotropy of the single crystal diamond cutting tools used in ultraprecision machining, the selection of crystal plane of the diamond tools has great effects on the cutting deformation and tool life. The effect of crystal plane selection of diamond cutting tools on cutting process and perfomance of cutting tools was studied from the viempints of coefficient of friction between diamnod too and work piece material, tool wear and micro-strength of the cutting edge. The resarch results show that the diamond crystals have strong anisotropy in the coefficien of friction , i. e. there is a considerable variation of coefficient of friction in different crystal dimetions. The different Coefficient of fiction has great dstts on the cutting deformation and tool life of diamond cutting tools. In order to raise the tool life and machined surface quality, plane (100) is suggsted to be chosen as the rake face and flank of diamond tools.
